Details: Collaborating with co-owners of PRAIRIE to submit four grant proposals over three months, two of which proved to be successful. This included the USDA Beginning Farmer Rancher Development Program and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Food Justice Fund, bringing more than $500,000 to West Central Minnesota’s food system.
