About this time, we’re starting to feel the long days of harvest and sleep deprivation hit our bodies. Yet we know that there are at least two months ahead of harvest festivals, cranking out deliveries, communication with buyers, and more. I’m only farming part-time this season – very part-time, if I’m being honest with myself – yet I still find myself on the edge of a full-on flare up of chronic fatigue taking hold. My indicator that this is true is when I’ve slept for 12 hours and I wake up feeling like it’s only been 5. I find that my grip is slipping, and I need to take responsibility for my self-care routines, daily habits and practices once again – because no one is going to do that sh*t for me.
So I’d like to extend an invitation to join me on a 30-day radical rest challenge as a late-summer/early fall reset. I can’t help but think that there’s some of you out there who have been thinking about making a change and looking for some accountability.
Here’s the deets. If you want to join us for the kick-off call, just sign up below to be notified of the schedule!
How it works

- I’ll do the same, and share what I’m doing via my blog (in similar fashion to the 60-day financial fitness challenge0 and provide opportunities throughout the month for you to check in, if your schedule allows and your spirit is feeling called to join
- Follow along with the challenge by setting your own goals, intentions, or copy mine. I don’t care what you do, I just want this challenge to be a space of inspiration, encouragement, and community
